Submission Process
Ready to submit your project to the hackathon? This guide outlines the final steps to ensure your extension is successfully registered for judging.
1. Finalize Your Extension
Before submitting, make sure your project is ready. Remember, once you submit, your project will be available for others to try out.
Submission Requirement: Use a Hosted Webhook URL
Your submitted Webhook URL must be a stable, publicly hosted endpoint. Submissions using temporary ngrok
URLs will not be eligible for judging.
2. Locate the Submission Button
Navigate to the main page of the Developer Portal. At the bottom, you will find a section titled "Submit your Extension".

3. Register for Judging
Click the "Submit Extension" button in the portal, or go directly to the submission form here: https://forms.gle/RzQJ1Qd7pK5EvX457. This will take you to a form where you will be asked to provide details about your project. Fill out this form completely to ensure the judges have all the information they need to evaluate your work.
4. Post-Submission Updates
You can continue to update and improve your extension even after you have submitted it. The judges will evaluate the latest version of your project at the time of judging.
Submission Deadline
All projects must be submitted via the developer portal form by July 3rd, 2025. Late submissions will not be accepted.
